Volkswagen has settled another claim related to its diesel emissions scandal, this time in Australia.
According to reports, the German automaker has settled a class action lawsuit with owners of various Volkswagen, Audi and Skoda models. The settlement will be for a minimum $87 million and up to $127 million if the claimant group is large enough. As part of the settlement, Volkswagen will make no admission of liability.

The settlement is yet another repercussion of the 2015 diesel emissions scandal, where the automaker was found to have equipped their vehicles with software to cheat emission tests. The fallout saw the company face a downturn in sales. Volkswagen just recently announced it is on pace to once again reach the sales they had at the start of the scandal.
